*SHIPPING:

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order.

I ship orders out within 1-3 business days of the order being placed.

Shipping prices vary on each item, but I do combined shipping on domestic orders for multiple items in the same order.

*If there is any problem with your order, please contact me as soon as you can so I can help you.

*Refunds and Returns:

Please pay attention to the photos and information about each piece when purchasing.

I will accept returns and exchanges on items that get broken during shipping. Items that get damaged after they have arrived will not be accepted for refunds or replacements- but if you really liked the item and want to re-purchase it, please contact me so I can make the item again for you.

If there is a problem with your order besides it being damaged during shipping, please contact me and it may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

*That gold is REAL!

So please use appropriate care when using and washing items with gold on them. Any item with gold on it is not microwave or dishwasher safe- I've heard of people putting items with gold on them in the dishwasher and the gold flaking off. Gently hand wash items decorated with gold, and be sure not to use anything abrasive on the gold areas. It is a soft precious metal and is more prone to being scratched than other metals. Care instructions are included with each piece that has gold on it.
